How long will my order take?
Orders are fulfilled on a first come first serve basis. Katherine will reach out after your order is placed to give you an estimated timeline.
How do I choose a photo to send in?
A good photo is one that is clear with good natural lighting that doesn't obscure your pets features. Your pet needs to be just close enough to the camera to ensure that details are captured. You want to choose a photo that embodies your pets personality.
How much is the shipping costs?
Shipping fees are based on your location. Shipping within Canada is $10 CAD, shipping to the USA is $25 CAD and the UK is $40 CAD. If you require shipping to another country please contact me directly.
What paper do you use?
Katherine's portraits are hand drawn on to 100% cotton paper which is pH neutral, acid-free and lignin-free. This paper ensures that your image endures.
Can I have more than one pet in my drawing?
If you had something different in mind regarding your portrait and its composition, please reach out and we can discuss what is possible.
Do you offer refunds if I am not happy?
When the portrait is completed you will be emailed an image to approve. If for any reason you are unhappy with this image you can request a refund minus a $75 commission fee.
